What is the return notice period?
You may initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following:
- The item(s) must be in good condition, unused, and with the original tags attached.
- Additionally, the item(s) should be returned in the original brand box
- The amount will be credited to your SpiffySnow wallet for 24 hours. If the amount is not used, it will be automatically transferred to your bank account, which may take 5-7 business days.
- For cash on delivery, once the return is processed, it will be credited to your SpiffySnow wallet immediately.
Can I return beauty products?
We
regret to inform you that our beauty products are non-returnable due to
our policy. We recommend carefully reviewing the product description
before making your purchase.
Am I allowed to request an exchange more than once?
No, the product size can be exchanged only once.
